Me voy un par de dias al Vall d´Aran .
Cena en Matador , bici , baño en alguna poza , un buen libro y la guitarra .

    Respira aire puro y disfruta de que no haga mucho calor. Para el albariño hace un calor que no es normal por aquí.

    Que disfrutes, estuve una semana a primeros de este mes y fue genial.
    Montgarri, Tredos, Montarto, Barrados, Artiga de Lin…
    Grandes rutas en bici.

    Bájate para Barna Mikel, las finales de los europeos estarán interesantes. Hoy que lástima Maria Vasco, me he escapado pillando el bicing des del trabajo hasta el circuito al lado del Parc de la Ciutadella y me he podido quedar hasta el km 7, se la veía tan bién…Londres es la respuesta! (como tantas cosas más….) después sprint hasta el trabajo otra vez!
